At the completion of each job, we ask each customer to grade us on the following points:

  • Foreman introduced himself, reviewed colors and discussed any concerns.
  • Responsiveness (return calls, promptness, courteousness, maintained promised schedule).
  • Quality of work (surfaces properly prepared, even coverage of material, overall neatness, clean up and removed paint chips, trash etc.
  • Painting Samples (left one-quart of each color for homeowner).
  • Inspection Completed (performed inspection of all areas and corrected any item of concern to your satisfaction)
